The customer service representative was RUDE, They need smiling faces on the Window, with ONLY GREAT CS EXPERIENCE. THATS WHAT DRAWS CUSTOMERS, when they opened ROBERTS Ave location, I was trained in several areas. A burger order supposed to be out the window in record time , not 5 minutes.

My daughter and I did a mobile order from her app and that was the best double quarter pounder with cheese that I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s. It was perfectly seasoned, hot, made the way I requested, with melted cheese. Usually these start getting cold after about 1-2 bites and it remained hot the entire time I was eating it.
