Our food was nice and hot. The food is always good but customer service is usually lacking. They don’t sound happy at all to be there and they seem a bit lazy. The guy who bought our food out to our car didn’t even speak back to my husband after my husband spoke. He just kind of shoved the bag at him and went on his way. But the food is usually good when we come.

This was my first visit to a Popeyes, and I hope it was an anomaly. We arrived for dinner at 7:30, so there was no crowd, which was good because we needed to study the menu. The ordering process was fine, but after that the problems started. We ordered unsweet tea. I know that this is the south and sweet tea is the standard, but unsweet tea is on the menu. Five minutes later we were told that someone had mistakenly mixed sugar in the unsweet tea, and we were offered sweet tea...

In most ways excellent. However having managed fast food places in the past, I recognize when fries are not fresh but rather reheated, and the fries were indeed old. The chicken etc was fresh and excellent which is why I still provided a high rating.
