Very unprofessional, rude. Order for dine in and got my food in a bag. Ask for a tray for dine in and the girl gave me a wet tray. Had to ask her to dry it off. I will not be eating at this Hood taco bell again.

I use to love to go to this establishment up until January 26, 2024 when I went for a job interview. I was told at least 3 times that I needed to order from the self checkout area even after I told the employees over and over again that I was there for an interview. Then the man that finally spoke with me told me that I should have received a text saying that my interview had been rescheduled and I told him that I didn't receive a text of such a natural. Then awhile later I do get a text wanting to know how my interview went!! Really now you want my opinion?? Then around six thirty that evening I get an email saying that y'all are going to consider other candidates because I didn't fit the description that was wanted so to speak. Well guess what here's is your review and opinion I will not buy from this restaurant ever again and I do believe that the man was racist because he was black and I was white and an older lady.
Can't order from the girl at the register, didn't get my food made correctly... half the tacos didn't have lettuce and I paid for 12...not 10. Not even worth the time or effort to get fixed. Just a waste of money. Never again.
