Usually they get the order right but sometimes there are long wait times. Last time I ordered they didnt get my order right. Other than that, this taco bell gives good service
This location is beyond AMAZING. I had difficulties at the Pembroke location three time and this location went above and beyond with there service. The manager that worked last night Reese was very polite and patient in hearing me out. All the food I received was fresh well made and looked very presentable especially for being 12 in the morning😊. This location is now my go to and will continue to spread positive thing about this particular location. Thank you for the amazing...read full review

Taco Bell is a restaurant known for its kind and friendly staff, serving great food. The service can sometimes be slow, but the food is worth the wait. The restaurant is a popular choice for those looking for a late-night meal that's not a burger. It has plenty of parking spots and is wheelchair accessible. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, with kids particularly enjoying the tacos. The restaurant's app can be difficult to use at times, but it generally works well. The customer service is highlighted by positive experiences, with some staff members showing professionalism and a friendly attitude. However, there have been some issues with food temperature and order accuracy. The restaurant has received feedback about wrong orders, especially in the drive-thru, leading some customers to keep receipts for future reference. Despite these hiccups, Taco Bell remains a place that many recommend for its overall service and atmosphere.
