Staff was not attentive enough and did not keep you updated on why it was taking so long to get your food and the food was not even hot when it did. One out it took 30 nibs to get a popcorn chicken(cold) and mashed potatoes. Would bot suggest this location unless you really have to.
I frequent this store often. My food is always right and the service has always been good when I visit. Particularly a girl named Zed is very sweet and helpful whenever I am there.
First of all this KFC has really good food 95% of the time which is about as good as you can ask for. Secondly the staff there provides excellent customer service. I went by there tonight and there was a manager named Rashid standing out in the rain making sure people were getting their orders and the line was moving. That man definitely needs a raise. Thank you guys for the wonderful service.
