I frequent this store often. My food is always right and the service has always been good when I visit. Particularly a girl named Zed is very sweet and helpful whenever I am there.
First of all this KFC has really good food 95% of the time which is about as good as you can ask for. Secondly the staff there provides excellent customer service. I went by there tonight and there was a manager named Rashid standing out in the rain making sure people were getting their orders and the line was moving. That man definitely needs a raise. Thank you guys for the wonderful service.
I have visited a KFC at the Chesapeake Baltimore stop. The best KFC food I have ever had. The second stop was in Georgia, good, and they sold liver to order. We were gob smacked at how good it was, and the liver was served to order. I would have skipped the chicken I can get all the time and just ordered the liver if I knew it was going to be so good. KFC is known for its hot, fresh food and efficient service, with a standout coleslaw and fluffy biscuits. The drive-through moves quickly. Customers appreciate the new sauces, though some find the fries overly salty and wish for icing on the apple turnovers. The place is clean. While the service can be hit or miss, orders are sometimes incorrect, but can be fixed at the window. The pot pies are highly recommended, even if the overall service experience may not always meet expectations.
