Waffle House in Lumberton

“today we got charged extra for 11 with some change on a texas cheesesteak, and honestly i can’t say if it was my fault or not but it should of been 3 less since we asked for grits instead of hash browns and the cheesesteak is 6 and grits 3.25 would of been 10 with some change or less, but something was just off we usually get charged 26 for the same order everytime we go and this time was more so we deducted of the waitress not because we were mean but because by the way i judged it’s what was right she added to the order something no other servant had so we subtract from the tip which is typically 6 dollars what we leave i mean we’re not rich or even middle class but we consider and understand the hard working they are so we left 2 bucks it hurts to leave that but it was the only thing that we could do, i’m leaving a 4 star for the other great times we’ve spent here and experiences maybe today just wasn’t the day for corrections and it’s understandable“

“The wait staff and cooks at this location really are awesome. The food was perfect and the service was prompt and personable. I had almost given up on waffle house due to bad experiences at other locations but this one redeemed my faith. I hope if I am ever in the area again to stop by.“

Wasn't a bad mistake because I ordered the big Texan breakfast sandwich with bacon but it came with sausage
I said It was okay just give me some mustard
The Cook maid another one for me with bacon even though I said I was fine with what he made

mistakes do happen and was made rite as soon as he heard it
I don't know how they keep up with the speed of the orders and building the dish I'm sure they don't get paid enough
