“I could see the filth before I walked in store.. I enter and was so disappointed at the nasty store every talk even ppl the ones that ppl sat at waiting was nasty. The whole store was nasty from front to back and wasn't 4 customer inside before I entered two men entered before me and my mate... employee was outside talking to a person at a vehicle where we parked when I exited the building talking about the nasty place she exited from talking and proceed to go back in from the back ... The crew seemed not to care how I felt Abt the store sitting on the butts doing nothing and laughing.. this was the store on roberts ave. So we go to another waffle house... I went to a store I worked in myself over 20 + yrs ago... Clean and the crew was friendly and helpful... My waiter mark was helpful with the menu and the cook James was off the chain. Food was delicious.. I will return this store offended at 3000 west 5thave“
“teasha has such a great attitude!! they were busy and obviously under staffed but she did her best at making sure i had everything that i needed and still with a smile on her face. me and my 2 year old daughter sat at the counter and we enjoyed our time sitting there and watching everyone working hard as a team! it’s too bad that i live in new jersey and probably won’t ever get the pleasure of her serving me again or even visiting a waffle house for a while :(“
“I stopped in for a quick brunch and was immediately impressed by how clean everything was — floors, tables, and countertops. Kimberly was our waitress and she was friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the start. When I mentioned I was meeting a friend, she kindly brought extra silverware along with my decaf coffee without hesitation.
The restroom was spotless even at 1:00 p.m., and our food arrived hot and delicious. I also noticed the staff interacting warmly with guests and keeping the dining area clean, creating a great atmosphere. I love Waffle House, and this location did not disappoint. We enjoyed Kimberly so much I even asked for a photo for my review!“
