“I do not write a lot of reviews, but I had to give this place and its incredible staff a shoutout.
We were in town unexpectedly for a family event this weekend, staying at a nearby hotel, and wanted to get our two kids breakfast before a long drive back to MD.
Our kids had multiple tantrums, as toddlers do, to the point where my wife had to take them outside. Not a good showing by the kids.
However, just as they went outside, a staff member who was not even our waiter came up to me and said all of the staff have kids and they know how it is, and offered to bring some peanutbutter chips and chocolate chips to the table to help the kids stay calm and focused.
Then, our waiter came over and covered all of our food with napkins so it wouldn’t get too cold and bothered by bugs.
The staff wasnt just tolerant, they were empathetic and helpful, and kept a great attitude and were very attentive. They turned a tough morning into a great morning, and the kids and us all left happy.
Little things make a huge difference. Thank you to the whole staff.“
“Holy moly! We are from PA and love Waffle House but this place was literally the best of them all! Too bad we live 14 hours from here or we’d be here everyday. Whoever was cooking was on point. Hashbrowns were crisp to perfection. My waffle was so fluffy. Everything was literally perfect. The staff was so kind and quick! 10000000/10!“
“I walked in and the resturant was busy but not to busy for them not to say Welcome to the Waffle House. Angie was my waitress and she was amazing. Another lady who worked there was very kind as well. Telling me to take it easy and pace myself. I felt like family there today. They all worked good together.“
