We got a carrot cake for my wife’s birthday. Sorry, no pics. But it was the best carrot cake we ever had. Earlier we got a Red Velvet cake. Another incredible experience. Amazing that we have such a talented artist in Maggie Valley. Next up-chocolate coconut cake. Can’t wait!

Carolyn made our wedding cake and it was fantastically delicious! It was beautifully decorated and delivered to our event right on time. It was a pleasure working with her and I highly recommend her service. Make sure to order a special topper for the bride and groom to freeze and enjoy at 1 year anniversary!

Carolyn made my wedding cake dreams come true! We served our reception dinner as family style, so we wanted the cake to follow that vibe. We had each table served a small/mini cake and we did all different flavors. They were such a hit! People were walking to other tables to try different flavors and even trying 2-3 cake flavors, it was just what I hoped for! The cakes were so delicious too! Highly recommend working with her!

Everything we ever get from fancy flour is always beautiful and the tastes are just incredible. She always takes my vision and makes it better! So fun to work with and even more fun to enjoy the desserts she produces!

We dug into the cake without photographing it, sorry! The red velvet was perfect in every way. Moist. Icing. Just the right blend of ingredients, not overly sweet, just sweet enough. Will definitely order another one.

Carolyn at Fancy Flour provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The chocolate raspberry cake, ordered for a somewhat casual, destination wedding and reception was a hit! Everyone, including seasoned bakers who were in attendance, agreed that it was the most delicious cake! It was decorated beautifully with fresh raspberries and the flavor and texture of the cake and frosting were phenomenal. Carolyn also helped us figure out an appropriate cake topper which was beautiful and orchestrated delivery to the venue. Wonderful five star experience overall!

Carolyn is a wonderful person and an incredible Baker!She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my husband’s surprise 81st birthday party at J Arthur’s including delivering and setting up.The most difficult part of working with her is that she has too many choices to choose from!??The cupcakes were so moist, and the frosting was so delicious, each of them topped with a little something that indicated what flavor they were.The carrot cake was without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had! Moist, light, with delicious frosting and covered in pecans! I only wish I could post photos!I’ve always considered myself a pretty, darn good baker, but I’m throwing in my oven mitts!I’m so glad I ordered a bigger cake than what we needed! It did not last at the house after the party was over… I finally hid a piece for myself…There’s no other Baker that I will go to in this area!

I recently purchased a dozen mini cupcakes and the variety of flavors provided a nice selection and they were moist, flavorful and delicious. Housed in Market Square alongside Sippers in the Valley, they are convenient to both Waynesville and Maggie Valley. Carolyn, the owner, took my phone order, had everything ready for me when I arrived and offered advance electronic payment so pickup was a breeze. Of course I had to get a coffee while there, too! You can’t go wrong with Fancy Flour for all your pastry needs.

Amazing concoctions!!!! Everything is so very yummy!!!! Lemon with lemon curd is my absolute favorite but they are all delicious. The owner is just as sweet as her yummy delights. Wonderful to work with and has such a vision and passion for what she does and also for the community.

We visited Maggie Valley for my birthday and my family picked up my birthday cake from Fancy Flour... This was one of the best carrot cakes we've ever eaten! Thank you for a great cake!
