Carver’s is excellent - good old timey home cooking - passed down thru 3 generations. They start with good quality ingredients that are prepared from scratch with love and care - so rare this day and age - everything on menus is delicious and the service is exceptional & friendly.

Menu is limited I was expecting more of a selection but then again I am from up north so there is that. I will comment on your breakfast potatoes not sure but they tasted from a can and gross.... your fried chicken THE BOMB!!!!!side note: please put "pooperie" in your bathrooms. the smell from the bathroom came to the dinning room as we were seated near the door and was very unpleasant.

Fried chicken is a must. The Biscuits, oh my, they are delicious! We also Had the grilled rainbow trout, a first for me, was definitely fresh but, the trout flavor is not my favorite. We ordered the liver mush biscuit as an appetizer, just to try it. Again, the biscuit was amazing, the liver mush I did not like much. Tastes like a liver sausage might taste. My husband loved it. So, it all depends on your taste buds. The service was great.No time for pics, cause we were hungry!
