I understand mistakes happen. I understand how hard it is to run restaurants. However, if a guest experiences a problem and takes the time to let management know of the issue by email and they don't offer the respect of response, then i'm done.

Again, might have just been an off night and possibly they didn't have the normal pizza person, but the pizzas were below average and a sloppy mess. One pizza wasn't made properly according to their menu specs.

Great place, food, and atmosphere. Kellie, Karen, and Destini were wonderful!

I am from Arkansas and drove through right toward the end of the evening. And the hospitality and cooks were amazing! Kellie, Karen, and Destini were the best! I felt right at home and enjoyed every minute of this atmosphere and great food. Thank you to the whole team!

It took about 20mins for us to get waters and the order to be taken. The server then had little jabs about how fast we ate etc… The food had great flavor but the portions are small. The ravioli was $24 and there were 5 raviolis.

Food was AWESOME!!

We ordered two 16-inch pizzas for pickup during the late-night World Cup match: a Margherita and a Diavola. The total came to $45.28, and I left a $10 tip.
Unfortunately, when we got home and opened the boxes, we discovered that both pizzas were Margheritas. The staff gave us the wrong order, and by then it was too late to drive back since we were settling in to watch the game. Yes, I probably should have checked the order before leaving, but I also expect a restaurant to verify that customers receive what they ordered.
That said, the pizzas themselves were excellent. The Margheritas were delicious, with a great crust and quality ingredients. The mistake wasn't about the $3 price difference between the pizzas—it was about not getting the pizza we ordered.
Overall, great pizza, but the attention to detail on takeout orders needs improvement. I'll likely give them another chance because the food was very good, but I hope they're more careful with pickup orders in the future.

Perfection from the start. Magnificent service and food. Piano player was a great touch.

My brother, my sister-in- law and I visited Frankies on a Saturday night with reservations at 7:30. We got there at 7:15 and were immediately seated. I ordered a filet steak. I received a strip steak instead of a filet. Asked server was my steak a filet and he acknowledged it was supposed to be a filet but he would take it back to the Kitchen to confirm exactly what type of steak it was. Kitchen acknowledged it was actually a Strip. I told my server id preferred exactly what id order, which was the filet. Server took the steak back. 10+ minute's later server returned back with my steak, which was cut round like a filet would be. I cut into the new steak and i actually believe it was my initial steak, a strip, cut round like a filet. Long story short, I informed my server and he comped my meal. Never going back.

Excellent food, attentive service, good value for the money. Portions are large (so order small) or take home a doggie bag. Unique breads and crusts, very fresh salad ingredients. Highly recommend.
