Absolutely horrible service had to flag out waiter to refill my husband's tea I never got another drink done q5 mins had to flag down someone else for check

I had ordered cannolis I got caught up at the store talking so it was about 20 minutes after I had called in my order when I went to pick it up the lady had told me it was in the market so I went over to the market, which was awesome. I love all the chocolates and desserts they have ready to go, but I ended up having to wait another 20 minutes because they had not started the order and the kitchen got backed up. I was really surprised after I had called in the order and it still took 20 minutes to get a dessert other than that, the place is beautiful and the food is amazing. Just wish they would do better with their to go orders.

Excellent food! Great value. Amazing pianist. Building’s acoustics aren’t great and definitely loud. With a baby grand piano, conversations tend to be louder. But overall, we loved the experience and will be back.

We sat on the patio with our dog this evening, the service (thank you Karen) was truly excellent, they very very attentive and professional. We ordered a Nonna pizza and it was fantastic, super yummy. Again, we were so impressed by this restaurant and the service, it exceeded our expectations!

First time and the last time. Piano player thought he was playing for a concert it was way to loud. Went to place our order was trying to discuss something with my husband and the server interrupted me and cut us off. That was just so rude. Then wanted close our check and it took the server 15 minutes to finalize our check. We will not be back.

We only ordered takeout because we got in late and didn’t feel like sitting down to eat. We ordered two pizzas and, of course, the lasagna. Literally every bite was amazing. We’re sticklers for lasagna (Italians, blah blah blah) and while this recipe was different, I was a little jealous at how good it was! The two pizzas were excellent wood fire pizzas. The crust, crisp and fantastic. The flavor combinations, fresh, balanced and fun. My only complaint is we aren’t staying long enough to visit twice! Definitely has made the “eat again while in Maggie Valley” list.

The food was were good and the service was awesome. We sat in the lounge, so it was a little noisy but not terrible. Definitely will be returning. Highly recommend and you will need to make a reservation.

Have eaten there since it opened. Was told they were out of what we ordered 15 minutes after we ordered. So ordered veal parmesan. Tasted like beef jerky. Took away my salad before I had a chance to eat it. Please save your money and go to waffle house. Server acked like he was doing us a favor by waiting on us
Like I said I've have eaten there for many years but not for a couple of years. Had gone way down hill. Good luck if you give them your hard earned money. It's not worth it.
