We live nearby, so we've been eating here most of our lives. This is my husband's favorite place for fish. Definitely not fancy, but it is clean. Yes, it is an old school fish camp. In fact, it's one of the only ones left! The locals love this place, you can dine- in or take-out. Good variety of seafood. I happen to be allergic to fish/shellfish, so I always eat the grilled chicken while he eats catfish, flounder, or Mahi Mahi. But the reason I keep coming back...
This was some of the best seafood I've ever had, served by the friendliest server I've ever been served by. I got a small order of the flounder and it was more than enough to fill me up at a reasonable price. The building itself wasn't fancy, but it wasn't filthy or in any way off like some people have implied.
Three of my friends came with me, and they all really enjoyed it too.

The waitress was very nice and really down to earth and kept our cups full the whole visit. The place looks a little rough on the outside but some of it is upgraded on the inside but looks great considering I use to eat here when I was a kid in 1977. Can’t wait to come back and try...
