I have to share what a great experience I had at this Subway in Maiden! I’ve only been here 1-2 other times before but tonight was awesome. The staff behind the counter were so nice. Apparently the woman was still in training as it was her first day. The man taking my order helped her anytime she needed it and complimented her on a job well done. The customers ahead of me asked for a small drink. Since they were out, they were charged for the size small but given a bigger cup....

The guy making my sandwiches was very nice and clean. I felt very welcomed and happy I chose this subway to have my lunch. The store was very clean and my sandwich was made very well!

The food is decent.. it’s just like every other subway. But boy can you tell these employees are paid hourly with no incentive whatsoever to move quickly. We waited over 25 minutes, with only 4 people in front of us in line. The people working were basically just staring off into space through their vacant eyes and moving like NPC or robots. Very weird experience.
