Good gets a 3 as good as ur gonna get from Micky D's my mc crispy was not crispy it was soft I like good crispy buns but they were like a pillow I give service a 4 because the lady who served us out food was nice and called me honey it was time efficient they did not have Natalie's shimmy shake or what not and Brooke got a random cheeseburger she didn't order so like is that a good thing or bad I don't know 4 for atmosphere because I was stressed at first because there was a lot of people doing things like ordering and it was small but then we were laughing a lot because of something with the bbq sauce so yeah if u like mickey D's this one is cool

We ordered through the app tonight and the order was delayed in sending through. When we got there they couldn't find it. Apparently closing the app fixed it, even though we already confirmation email. But the folks here were super nice about it and didn't give up. Made all the food fresh and even left a little bonus in the bag to make up for the inconvenience. Stuff happens, especially with technology and they handled it humbly without getting upset.

I mean I know we’re talking McDonald’s.But this place is Garbo, at night.They ought to just close and save face at night, and who ever owns it- is getting played like a damn violin. So props to paying people to do nothing, and as the owner(who ever that is), they pretend to not have items and don’t take orders. So not only not doing anything but also refusing to make you money, yup close save face. And do not eat there last 3 pm. Aight then. Peace

It has actually gotten quite comical. I'm make it a point to order a grill item which what McDonald's calls a special order and they never I repeat never get it right. Apparently it is a problem of English as a second language. Various staff members have verified that this is the issue. I suggested they get her a dictionary. Being the only game in town, we don't have much choice but this McDonald's hasn't changed in years. Service is like cook to order time. But..folks are friendly enough. Kevin is awesome.

Every customer had to wait around 20 minutes for their drive thru order after paying. Doesn't make any sense unless they burned every single car's order 4 or 5 times in a row and had to remake it.

The restaurant is clean and presentable, they only had their ordering screens to order when we went in this afternoon. If you ordered with the screen and were going to pay with cash you had to wait quite a couple minutes for someone to get to you. The staff was busy and under pressure with the amount of customers they had at the time we went in, but they did a pretty good job. If you needed something other than your order they took a while to get to you though. I understand they were understaffed and had multiple orders to make and various customers to attend but I was disappointed with the way they were making their caramel drinks. Once give to you your hands would be all sticky from the caramel around the cup and coffee dripping on the rim on the lid. They were unable to make us a caramel macchiato so we asked for a frappe instead and it had about an inch layer of caramel at the bottom of the cup, all thought it’s supposed to be just a drizzle since the coffee and ice are already blended with a generous amount of caramel. I stirred the drink to mix it in but it was just way too sweet there’s no way anyone would drink that. It was a rediculous amount of caramel we had to just throw the drink away because there was already a crowd of people waiting to be attended, it would take a while before we could have a new one made.
Some manger with dreads was cussing at a employee bad they called the manger name Wesley he made my kids cry wasn’t even finish eating my food had leave because my kids did not stop crying then while was leaving some big black girl with dreads drops a customer food straight on the floor all she did was pick food up an put in bad someone please do something about this asap thanks or I’m getting my lawyer involved!!!

This place was horrible. I couldn’t believe after 18 years of eating McDonald’s not once in my whole life have U ever been so disappointed. No wonder they are hiring. My food was all wrong after not once but twice asking them to make my food correctly. The place was disgusting and dysfunctional. I really hope they get out of business very soon.
