Worst experience I have ever had in a drive thru I had a problem with the app first off and asked the lady if she could fix it (did not know the app was uncontrolled at the physical restaurant) she jumped at me and told me she had no control over the app, which is fine but she still could have honored the app or tried a second time to put the code in. I proceed to go ahead and make my order get to the window and the boy at the window gave me half my order and made me pull forward...read full review
Went through the drive through and waited 20 minutes to order and then went inside to order and viewed the chaos of what looked like a couple new people trying to figure out the orders coming in. The woman who appeared to be the manager had a horrible attitude and was so rude to me when I was trying to order. There were three people ahead of me in the dinning room who hadn’t gotten their orders and 5 or 6 Cars in the drive through. I would have to say they need some help!...read full review
If they are not serving ice cream or have milk shakes they need to post it before you have to set in line and wait and then they tell you that they do have it .
