This little place doesn't look like much from the outside, but if you're looking for anything other than seafood in the area, Top China is perfect!
The chicken mai fun was divine! Made with glass noodles that were unbelievably good, plus tender chicken and veggies. Quick service.

This place is an OG spot on the OBX. I’ve been going here for over a decade. Never disappointed me. One of the longest standing restaurants on this island and that says something. Good food and good people. One of my favorites spots on the island.

Top China is a family-run Chinese restaurant located near Manteo, offering a wide range of standard American Chinese fare. Customers praise the decent flavors, with the house fried rice, spring rolls, and broccoli chicken being highlights. While the pork fried rice was noted to have little pork, the overall quality was still good. The General Tso's chicken was a little sweet but had a nice spicy kick, better than some other options. The restaurant's menu is more extensive than it may appear, and the food is much better than expected. Despite the lack of air conditioning and the family-run atmosphere, most customers opt for takeout, and many would order from Top China again.
