“We reserved one of the back rooms for a surprise birthday dinner. My family has been eating at the Thai Room since I was a kid and it is still consistently amazing.Even with a decent size party the service was phenomenal and food came out in a timely manner. And as always, delicious!Vegetarian options: Great tofu!“
“Really nice people that shows excellent hospitality! We called around 2:30 or 2:45pm, said we would arrive in next 15 to 30 minutes. Lunch ends at 3:30pm. We arrived minutes before 3:30pm and they did not rush us out of the restaurant. They treated us like any everyone else that arrives well before 3:30pm. Sat us at table, took our drink order, showed us the menu, asked what we wanted, brought bowls of different sizes for us to choose what size bowl we wanted for the Mongolian grill, we filled our bowls with meat, veggies and sauce, cooked our food and brought our food to us when it was done. We ordered from the menu a chicken tenders for is daughter that has food allergies, asked us which soup we wanted, we chose miso soup, and it was good as all of our food was very good and delicious. First time in years that I had Mongolian grill. Love this place. The nice sweet Asian lady that answered the phone when we called, was our server and she was nice on the phone and in person. Highly recommend.“
“First time eating here. Take out only. Food was incredible and large portions. Been a long time since the three of us have enjoyed a meal as much as this one.We had crab rangoon, egg fu young and chicken and vegetables. Don't let the physical presence keep you from ordering take out. Absolutely delicious.“
“Based on some reviews I had low expectations. However, as American Chinese food goes the food was quite good. The chicken in the curry was quite tender, the vegetables were really nice and the curry itself had a little heat and a nice flavor. Set your expectations, the prices are nice and the food is nice.“
“We visited the OBX and stayed in Manteo in an AirBnB (with a dog), so we did takeout most of the time and just ate it at the house. Top China came up as being near us, so we looked at the reviews and were a bit wary. We tried to order from there on Sunday night, but they were closed. They were closed also on Monday and finally, we found them open on Tuesday. The food was much better than we expected because we were judging from the lunch menu pic on Google, which didn't seem to have very much. Their actual menu is much more extensive. The restaurant is a hole in the wall and is family run. You can see the parents cooking in the kitchen and the daughters run the register. There was no AC when we went and the front door was propped open. I don't know if this was because the AC wasn't working or if the business was trying to save money. In any case, most customers appeared to be ordering for take away. I would order from this restaurant again.“
