“I showed up to this McDonald’s just before closing time. Westley still served me with a smile on his face. He was phenomenal. He acted beyond a courteous standard, and took the time to check with me if I wanted anything more / if my order was right before I left. He is an absolute beast of an employee and I can only pray that he is treated as such. He’s a hard type to come by.“

“South Beach Grill is a staple during our annual OBX vacation. We order from there 2-3 times during the week. They are fast, friendly, and ordering is easy online. Dinner for our group of 9 was ready for pick-up in less than 20 minutes. Everyone has tried multiple things from the menu and everyone was extremely pleased with everything they’ve tried. My favorites are the southwest wrap, burgers, and Buffalo chicken Philly. Their fries are delicious… especially with their fry sauce or BBQ ranch. South Beach Grill is a must have on your OBX vacation!“

“This place has been around for a long time and is very popular for lunch. Their burgers are quite good and their prices are very reasonable. The service is quick. There is no indoor seating, but there are plenty of picnic tables around the building. It reminds of many other burger joints we've visited. No frills but good food for low prices!!“

“Amazing! We are from Ohio and found this on a whim. I got the Jr burger tray with onion rings and a vanilla milkshake and he got a cheeseburger, corn dog, and fries with a strawberry banana milkshake. Everything came out hot; the burgers were delicious! Wish there was one closer to home!“

“We came into this Wendy's late at night. 4 grown woman all different ages and generations. Plus a very hungry 3 year old, very hungry little guy. There was an issue with the online order. The staff at Wendy's worked with us. They had amazing patients and customer service. The staff took the time to try to figure out the issue with the website. Camila and Jose were amazing!!!! Tge person they spoke to for assistants was also very helpful. There 4 woman and a little guy that really appreciate getting what we paid for. Especially, when everything cost so much now days. It was nice to see such a helpful staff. What could have been very confrontational, wasnt because we got what we paid for. But even more important for me, amazing customer service and communication skills.

The drive-thru line was moving really fast, and the worker who took my order was incredibly upbeat and friendly. I ordered a medium soft-serve ice cream treat blended with crushed chocolate candies, and it was served to me perfectly thick and frozen. The vanilla soft-serve is always so smooth and creamy, and they definitely did not skimp on the toppings mixed inside. It is a super reliable and nostalgic place to stop for a quick, delicious treat whenever you are traveling on a warm afternoon.“

“I placed an order via the mobile app, curbside. Before I could exit the app, the lady was at my car window with my food. I was impressed. If you go to manteo McDonald's and plane an order by the app you will have to set for half an hour and then go inside just to make sure they got your order, only to find out the skipped you!“
