The food was fresh, the fries were hot, and the burger actually looked like the pictures, which doesn’t always happen at fast food places. The restaurant itself was clean, and the staff at the counter were friendly and working hard even though it was fairly busy when I came in.

“I placed an order via the mobile app, curbside. Before I could exit the app, the lady was at my car window with my food. I was impressed. If you go to manteo McDonald's and plane an order by the app you will have to set for half an hour and then go inside just to make sure they got your order, only to find out the skipped you!“

“South Beach Grill is a staple during our annual OBX vacation. We order from there 2-3 times during the week. They are fast, friendly, and ordering is easy online. Dinner for our group of 9 was ready for pick-up in less than 20 minutes. Everyone has tried multiple things from the menu and everyone was extremely pleased with everything they’ve tried. My favorites are the southwest wrap, burgers, and Buffalo chicken Philly. Their fries are delicious… especially with their fry sauce or BBQ ranch. South Beach Grill is a must have on your OBX vacation!“

“Great and easy stop for ice cream in Manteo. If you're looking for ice cream but dont want to look for parking this is the place. The guy running it was super nice and the ice cream was good. This is a no frills ice cream place so dont expect anything fancy but it is a hood place to stop on the way back from the aquarium“

“This place has been around for a long time and is very popular for lunch. Their burgers are quite good and their prices are very reasonable. The service is quick. There is no indoor seating, but there are plenty of picnic tables around the building. It reminds of many other burger joints we've visited. No frills but good food for low prices!!“
