“Small town feeling with a beautiful view of the Currituck Sound. David and his team really go above and beyond to come up with fun events that allow the kids and adults to both have a blast. Food is great and more than just fried bar food. We love popping in for fire-pit Fridays (and burger specials) after a long week or pulling the boat up to their brand new dock for a quick sandwich.Nothing compares to listening to live music on the water with friends as the sun goes down and the suntan starts to sink in.“

“Took a day trip from Norfolk, VA to Moyok, NC. On a whim stopped at Blue 42’s, what a total stroke of luck! Atmosphere was superb, charming, clean, friendly, just plain delightful. Taste samples of beer were wonderful. “Oyster Stout” is superb for those who appreciate a good stout.High light of the stay was the staff. Sarah and Olivia are Fabulous! Very knowledgable, helpful, out going and friendly. We were fortunate to be there early in the day so it was not too crowded yet. Those two mega rock stars were absolutely delightful. Thank you ladies for making our visit a totally fantastic event. Love yins guys like daughters. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.
