Decent place. Decent pool tables on the bar side and on restaurant side which is nice if you want to take the family.

I made an online order not knowing the kitchen has been shut down for weeks. Instead of immediately calling me to let me know and refunding my money, they waited until I showed up to get my food. I guess since the owner wasn’t there the employee couldn’t refund me. Now the open light has been off all day and no one will answer the phone. About to do a charge back and report this to the appropriate agencies. It’s as simple as disabling online ordering or at least giving me my money back. This place seems shady and I hope to never have to deal with them again.

Great restaurant for Marion! Good food, good service. Plenty of pool tables for entertainment also. We went during the week, I bet it's much busier on the weekend. I hear the bar serves up great drinks too!

Our food was good, but as one of only three tables (none of us came in at the same time) on Saturday evening, it took 45 minutes to get our meals. At which point, one was delivered to our table. The second meal took another 8 minutes. The staff was far more interested in chatting at the front counter than anything else. Waitress apologized for the delay upon delivering our first plate, but offered no reasons beyond, "yeah, I know it took too long." She did nothing to make up for the crazy long delay. Would not recommend.

We go to Boondocks atleast 2 times a month. Always good food but the service has always been less than par.Today we went in and got Kassandra. She was very informative, friendly and attentive. It's hard to get good service anymore and Kassandra exceeds in all ways... The food and salad bar was on point as well.Sincerely,A satisfied customer and 28 year restaurant worker. .

1st time was great food. Loved the salad bar. Son enjoyed his juicy steak.2nd time. Disappointed no salad bar. More service then last time. Steak was good. Really look forward toward a salad bar.

I love this place its so close to the house and the food is very good. I've tried almost. Everything on the menu now and so far everything I've eaten is so good. Love the hand cut fries they are my favorite. And the Philly(steak and chicken) are also my favorites. Thank you for the great food you have and the service y'all provide ??

Stopped here on our way out of town and the food was good. The waitress was nice and the food was fresh and hot. I got the French dip and loved it. Crinkle fries and the home fries were good. I did not get the salad bar but I did look at it and everything was stocked and clean.

This place used to be a good place. Yesterday walked in and was rudely asked by the counter girl on her phone are you eating in? We said yes then very rudely again table.or booth. Multiple trips to find.out if they had different steaks which they had no steaks. She had no clue what they had or didn't. Also out of pork chops as many other items. She was continuous rude and a genuine I don't want to be here attitude. Then they moved some pool tables.out.to.the eating area. Should have.left them in the back bar area as you can't talk to your family as you it do to the bang bang bang. This is turned into nothing more than a bar with pics poor service. Save your.money go else where.
DO NOT EAT HERE! Service was horrible. Spicy shrimp wrap had three shrimp in it. The wings were over seasoned. Were not given any utensils to eat with. Got our drinks after we got our food and that had been after 30+ minutes. Coffee tasted old and burnt. Not fresh at all.

Wait staff was kind, food came out in a reasonable time frame, the cheese curds were good. That's about all for plus sides... The atmosphere was dead quiet and lifeless, the food was bland and chewy, the steak I got was a horrible cut and was mainly all tough gristle. My husband said his reuben was chewy. We were excited to try this place but definitely won't be back.

My wife and I went here tonight to try them out after someone sent us and add on facebookWe are totally disappointed with our experience. When our order was placed the waitress kept leaving the table as if she was forgetting something somewhere else. To make a long story short we was there 45 minutes plus and still hadn't gotten our salad plates while others coming in after us had made 2 trips to the salad bar. Won't be back.

Ordered for doordish pick up. The French dip and grilled chicken where both really good, however we were missing stuff when we got home and opened it up. The chicken was supposed to have a roll and we didn't have it. Second I ordered a sweet potato and got a regular. Not sure if it was supposed to but we also had no suger for my husband sweet or sour cream for the backed potato the gave me instead of sweet.

very disappointed on the website offered a salad with ure meal I ordered it delivery paid extra for the salad did not get it I called and they informed me they didn't make salads u have to come n and make ure own.. what's the point of having it on the website for delivery?
