I'm just not that crazy about cookout to be honest. Burgers are small, the shakes they make a big deal about are just honestly meh and yea its a little more price friendlier but again its not like a double is a huge burger like a 5 guys or something. The location was good not their fault, food was fresh and staff very friendly. Its a cookout issue for me not a location issue.

They really were not busy enough to have messed up our order the way they did! They did not give us the spicy chicken we asked for. One of us asked for water that never came, and the sides were completely messed up on two of the four boxes.

I ordered a Oreo milkshake, drove back home took the lid off and it just looks like plain vanilla ice cream with no Oreo, so I stir it up and there are a few pieces of Oreo but barely any. Not only did the Marion NC store skimp on my milkshake they didn't even fill it to the fill line. I didn't pay $4 for this. Its just sad, I'm not sure if it's a management problem or an employee problem but y'all really need to get it together.
