I've eaten here for years and won't stop until the doors close. Try the double cheeseburger, or the chuckwagon, hell try anything. You can't go wrong. It's worth the wait so don't let the crowd get you down.
Yes, I did give it a fifth star. Bar-B-Que Hut is about as 'down home' as it gets. There are no frills - no air conditioned seating, no big plastic pig out front, no playground for the kiddies. It's on one side of a gas station parking lot (or maybe the gas station is on one side of the bbq parking lot). There are picnic tables to sit at, some of them shaded. I was there today 3-28-24 . I had hamburger and fries. Best hamburger I've had at a restaurant ever. Fries were crispy and hot. Burger was so thick and big I couldn't eat it all. Plenty of fries to have for dinner tonight with the other half of my burger. Will go back for sure. Cost was good also 2 meals for 9 dollars and change. It's worth it.
