I don't know why Dunkin is so consistently inconsistent. Most often, my order is wrong, or the ratio of milk to coffee is either too little or too much. There is too much ice almost always. Food items are usually done well, but their doughnuts are never soft and fresh like they should be. That's not on this store. That's on the company. Servers at the window are usually very sweet people with the right attitude for customer service, and that is what gets them 3 stars!
I love this place, it's always so busy sometimes the drive thru line is backed up all the way to the street. But the line moves very fast the coffee is always delicious(I get a large iced mocha latte with a shot of espresso) and the service is friendly. Worth it. So worth it!
