Was handed our pizza then told it'd be another 10 mins for cheesesticks. No big deal but that 10 minutes turned into 30. Very unprofessional staff here, lobby and sidewalk were packed and the 3 guys working in the back were playing on phones and dancing around. Will not return

Hire staff!! No reason for 9 people to be waiting to pick up their orders at 8:00 pm on a sunday. Mobile app is useless if you have to wait an additional 15 minutes after you get there to pick it up. Do better!! Order in 8:01pm, pickup time 8:17, actual time order was ready 8:46

I called in an Order to this lil siezures at 7:44 last night. Was told 20-25 minutes. We got there at 7:53, waited in the car until 8, went in, paid for the order. And waited. And waited. And waited. There were 7-8 people come in after us who all got their orders, ours was no where. Well, these new registers have a tip feature that I think the entitled teenagers who work at this specific restaurant and hate their job and always want to close early use to measure how much they should make someone’s experience a bad time there. I didn’t tip. I tipped last time and the dude who looks like a girl with long blonde hair behind the register was I think upset because I ordered the last crazy bread, even making an upset expression because it was 8 o clock and they’d have to make more. And I didn’t tip. So they put our order in the warmer oven, then pretended like they forgot about it until then. It was 8:40 when we left. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a customer service establishment. I work a long day building and tending to a farm and when I get off, I want a cheap pizza, not attitude from a teenager who hates working an easier job because they’d rather be at home playing video games and growing neck beards. I normally wouldn’t leave a bad review on a little Cesar’s (because the rest are tan like the navy) but this one is garbage and tan by whiny little kids who hate doing their job and take it out on the customer instead of quitting and learning to weld or do something else useful for society.

Came for " HOT N READY " what a joke , none ready !! Called to ask when available, the 3 fumbling incompetent idiots couldnt answer question. This included the STUUUUUUPID mgr. He sd you needed to place an order.....then why hv displays and advertise HOT N READY if you don't hv or can't provide.
Corporate NEEDS TO IMMEDIATELY FIRE ALL THESE IDIOTS AND STOCK WITH KINDERGARDNERS AT LEAST THEY WOULD BE CAPABLE TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS AND COMPLETE A TASK !!

Ordered the deep dish pizza, got home and.opened it up and it looks NOTHING like that. Crust is rounded, waaay undercooked, and flat out horrible. I get the lunch special alot, which is always good.....this by far the WORSE PIZZA I have ever gotten/ate!!!
