I really like Pizza Hut, butt this was extraordinary, no really the perfect amount on a New Yorker, pepperoni, sausage, extra pepperoni and cheese with pineapple. Yummy 😋 Cooked perfect, yes it was folded 👍

This was our first time here, and it was very disappointing. The waiter forgot to put in our pizza order, so my sister and I waited for about 50 minutes with no food. It was a complete waste of time. I don't know if it was racist because my sister and I were the only Hispanics there, and everyone else (who was white) seemed to be served without any issues. If you're hungry, I would not recommend coming here because the service is irresponsible. The pizza does taste good, but the experience ruined it for us.

i just moved to Marion , and decided to check this place out. was extremely impressed by the service and food. the staff is on point ... so , i decided to apply for a job , and was immediately employed. i had previously worked in Lamonica's NY Pizza in Los Angeles, as well as CiCi's in Atlanta , and Lil' Caesar's in Charlotte... i had thought i was gonna come in and offer my assistance and know-how ... but, the staff employed, is majorly on there game... the GM , is really sweet and kind . the staff welcomed me and actually taught me a thing or two... i've got nothing but good things to say about their customer service and work ethic ... tonight , was my first night working, and the staff, did there thing... i'm now, looking forward to my stay in Marion, as well as working here... this place, deserves 10 stars i feel... and that's saying alot, because i've worked some very nice places ; but this one, by far, takes the cake... extremely nice , hard working and efficient... i'm here , on evening shifts , mostly , so feel free to come by and show us some love ... my word, you won't be disappointed...💙
The manager his name on his name tag says Batman and he was very rude and unprofessional and he was yelling at us customers because he didn’t know what he was doing. I don’t think I wanna come back there if he’s there because he wasn’t doing things right and he was just very arrogant. I don’t think he should be working there if all he wants to do is yell at customers and not do his job correctly.

I came by today at 11:00 to eat pizza with my family. Upon getting out of the car and trying to enter the establishment the doors were locked, when on the website it says they open at 11:00am. I then proceeded to wait assuming they were behind schedule. I waited 30 mins and seen that the open sign was on, I then went to check the door again and it was still locked while workers could be seen inside. Stick to the schedule or set a later time of opening the store. Like Papa John’s says, “Get pizza from people who love making pizza.”

Food and Customer Service were horrible! Pizza not done, Bread Sticks so hard we couldn't eat them. This place needs a total makeover!
I had a huge hair pull out of my bread stick when I bit into it last night ? this is probably the tenth time I’ve been majorly disappointed and I will never go back. Things do not appear to be clean either Had to call multiple times to order and they couldn’t hear me then the card reader was down, online wasn’t working

Only 1 waiter dealing with dining in area. He was very nice & really tried to take care of a full house basically. Need more employees. Tables, seating area, and floors dirty. One lady wiped tables off with wet cleaning cloth but no cleaner and wiped everything off in the floor. Silverware was partially wet and very spotty. Food was good.
