“Had the house special Pho. I really loved the broth, and the tripe absorbed the flavors very well. Broth has a bit of sweetness to it and the addition of a few spoon falls of the chili paste gave it a nice little bite(would recommend over instead of the Sriracha). Beef slices were cooked great and melted in mouth. Had more then enough to take home for another meal. Was a little chilly inside but it's also 20° out, so not knocking them for it.“
