Waited 35 minutes for food when no one was present at the restaurant. Then they failed to acknowledge their mistake even though the bags of food were emptied and was missing should right in front of them. Total ignoramus event. Big words look it up.

I ordered the classic burger. Everything was perfect EXCEPT the burger. It was still slightly pink. I returned to the drive-through. They gave me another one at no charge. It was cooked exactly the same. I threw both away. Money wasted. :/

They just threw our food together all messy, it was all messy inside. My fiancés and my own burger wasn’t even on the bun and it looked smashed the sauce was everywhere and mine was absolutely covered in onions. It didn’t even have the lettuce and tomato that came on it either. If you cannot respect peoples food and make it properly, you should not be working fast food…

This was the worst service I think I’ve ever had. We had a big order 2 adults and 3 kids so we understand the wait time , but when I say my sister cheeseburger was raw I mean it was raw 🤮. Then once I got home I got sicker than a dog. Being pregnant and being sick are awful. It was coming out both ends. I had the chicken and it seemed fine until I got home and was up half the night sick. Do not recommend!

I came to get a door dash order this place got rude people working here doors are locked its not open like always go thru drive through the guy was rude .....it's 10am people sitting in there on there butt check cameras .......then get to window. he says sorry for how he talked to us NO there's no called for this one sitting out side playing with her hair omg all the time here this place is never open in the morning

If I could give no stars I would! This is the second time in the last 3-4 months I’ve tried to eat at Wendy’s in Marion and they can’t get it right. Last time I ordered a combo and had a friend pick it up, NO BURGER IN THE BAG! Called customer support and they were supposed to send me my money back on the app and it never happened. This time I was talked into trying again with a friend picking it up. I Ordered the Baconator combo. Got the burger and it’s barely a double with no bacon at all and a bunch of toppings I would’ve had taken off if I would’ve known it was going on my burger. I think I was sent a double instead. I cannot understand how a restaurant can get it so wrong so much! I get that everyone’s employee turnover is high but come on! If they can’t do the job then they shouldn’t be working there. If I offered to cut someone’s grass and they paid me and ended up cleaning their gutters instead, then the customer did not get what they asked for….moreover WHAT THEY PAID FOR! I am done with Wendy’s all together.

This is the third time I have come through specifically for a spicy chicken sandwich and it has been terrible. Did they stop putting lettuce on their sandwiches also, or what? I have not received lettuce on any of the three spicy chicken sandwiches any of the times I’ve gone through. Also, today I ordered a single with cheese. No cheese, no tomato and (shocker) no lettuce! What is up with you guys? What you offer vs what I get every time (pictured). Do better!

So i sent my fiancé to get me some food from wendy’s well i ordered the takis meal and a frosty mind you i work a 2nd shift job where I don’t even get off work until late so we go to wendy’s and they tell us they can’t do a frosty which is fine I get it you’re about to close so I dealt with a lemonade get to the window and the man tells us “you guys wanna come 10 minutes before we close” I am sorry that I get off so late but if i’m hungry i’m hungry but even still being that ugly with somebody and at the window it’s great food but just terrible service and i hope the manager knows what kind of night crew they have

Went threw drive thru ordered 3large chilies and received only 2 was already home before realizing one was not in bag…Called the location and man said I’d have to come back today I couldn’t go back today He said that was their policy That it had to be today That if not He didn’t know what to tell me What a RUDE Person You can Tip yourself that money Which he probably kept it anyway!!!! MY ADVICE is check your Bags Before you leave that Window!!!
We came here specifically because they have a large soft drink selection (no caffeine, no sugar). After waiting in line for ten minutes (at 11am) we find that most of the drinks are not working. Settled for a diet Coke... it tastes terrible. Like the equipment hasn't been cleaned in ages. Stale and flat. Well find somewhere else to stop on this ride next time.

I just went there / 3pm on Aug 31 2024 I ordered my meal and handed the manager the money he handed my money and said I don't take big bills
I replied sir all I have is a 50 and my meal is almost 25 plus.. he said well guess u need to go.. I have never been humiliated and treated bad in my life like he just did to me and my family!!! I then called after I left inquiring who was the owner or the head supervisor and he refused to give me the information

Ordered the garlic Parmesan nuggets, got BBQ... Ordered a kids burger with mustard, got a dot of mustard.... Y'all need to listen and pay attention. Your so worried about gossiping at the window with each other that you don't pay attention to what the customer says. And you don't care because once they drive away you hope they make it home before they realize you just don't care.
