We tried calling 5 times, and 4/5 times got hung up on. Then finally after talking to someone decent, we tried getting a delivery order, which we have done at least 10-15 times in the last year and half. The lady said they don’t deliver to us and continue to use rude language. Not worth the money they receive for deliveries.

Okay I start this Yelp review it is Saturday 5 minutes to 6 in the month of December today is Saturday. I tried calling Pizza Hut the person that answered is in San Antonio Texas and I'm in Marion North Carolina , how the heck can you order a pizza if the person is at least five states away, how do they expect you to order a pizza, bad enough that they won't answer the phone and the pizza place is 5 minutes from where you live, yet all you get is nothing but commercials, I don't order from pizza hut very much but as of today I will no longer order Pizza Hut , anyone that plans on ordering Pizza Hut I advised them to find another pizza place that will answer the phone locally to where you live ,and serviced.

We haven't been here in a month or two because the food and service have been crap. Our order is never right and they are very slow. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut at this time.

Well, nothing like having a craving for pizza than to pull up and have two employees standing outside the door smoking. Just gross.

We ordered at 5:30pm with a 30-40 minute wait time. After an hour, I call and checked on our order. They said “we had an issue on the cutting table” and it will be there in 20-30 minutes. I’ve called 7 times to try to find out if it’s on its way, and finally asked to speak to the manger 3 times. They tell me she is too busy to talk. Now it is 8:15pm and I still have not received our order or been able to talk to the manger to find out what is going on. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve already contacted the home office.
