“After we lost our go-go spot in Marshall, we wound up driving north in search for a new breakfast spot.
I’m SO glad that we found this excellent spot. Delicious!! The food is closer to “what I’d make at home” meaning I CAN actually eat the breakfast and not feel like I’m bloated or had overly processed food.
Furthermore. LOCAL options?!? I can pay an up charge and have local eggs? DONE!! Yes, please. I love the choice of being able to support the future of where the food comes from. I don’t want to support mass-farming simply by eating at a Waffle House, ya know. ;)
Highly recommend to check this spot out. The owner is also a great guy to have a chat with. Very happy to support this location and their family that has helped so many others. Keep on keeping on.“

“My wife is the one from NC and her Mother had a cute shop in the shopping center behind waffle house, it was called Fabulous Finds. Well one day my wife asked me if I'd like to try some real good food over at The Wagon Wheel. We went 8 yesterday ago and still go to this day.“

“It been a really good place to eat till today and it was still good but the order was not what i ask for the to do it was even printed on the ticket to put the chicken in one box and the tater tots in another box instead they put one order of chicken tendes in a brown paper bag on top of the tater tots and put the second order of chicken tendes in another brown paper bag on top of French fries so i was extremely disappointed with the service today and I had ate their a lot I let it slide this time“

“I had breakfast; two eggs over-medium, bacon, Grits, toast, and coffee. The food was cooked to order, hot, and delicious at a good price. The staff were attentive and pleasant, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Check it out if you haven't already, and I will look forward to eating there again.“

“Great food, service, & beer selection! The fried pepperoni & cheese curds were delicious. My wife liked the firecracker shrimp Alfredo, but said it had some spice. The Greek platter was amazing as well. I got the combination to try both the lamb & chicken. The chicken tasted like souvlaki & was good, but I favored the lamb. I typically would order an old fashioned, but they did not have large blocks of ice. Given what Helene’s impact on western NC, I was happy to see this restaurant thriving & folks in good spirit. “We went to the Glass Onion to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our server Joy, was wonderful, making this a memorable experience. We enjoyed the perfect martini and delicious garlic rolls. The Rigatoni Bolognese was delicious, the salmon was cooked perfectly. The Arugula Prosciutto salad was yummy. The deserts-crème brûlée and ricotta cake were a perfect end to a perfect meal. “We stopped here for breakfast at apx 11 am this morning, 07/07/23. We sat at the counter due to all seats being taken, busy place. Service was great, food was excellent, staff were all friendly and helpful and the camaraderie among them was easy and comfortable . The two 'grillmasters 'Bob' and ? sorry I forgot to ask her name ..were amazing to watch. 8 plates up and no tickets, mind boggling.
