Nobody is smiling. Everyone looks like they’re having a bad day. They told me 10 minutes for a sweet potato pie. I’m waiting 25 minutes and I still have yet to get it. Been waiting inside and constantly asking them when will it be done? Everybody that has dealt with me has acted mean and nasty. I have been kind polite. I would recommend Weaverville

Drive-thru robot was a MESS. Gave up and went inside to order our food but the line was backed up and the service was so slow. Went back to the drive-thru and gave the robot another try. When we finally got our food, the card machine wasn’t working so I had to use cash. I was missing a water, never got my receipt (I believe I was overcharged), and was given the wrong sauce. Very disappointed.

Just got a 12 pc supreme meal and they were all hard and the size of small chicken nuggets. You should not be able to charge $40 frickin dollars for 12 dry hard chicken nuggets. Would have went back but I didn’t notice until I got home 20 minutes away.

This entire visit was beyond the pale: disorganized service, misinformation, missing items, unclean work areas, and apathetic staff. I left disappointed, frustrated, and frankly, grossed out. If this is the standard at Mars Hill BoJangles now, it’s a far cry from the restaurant I proudly named in 4th grade and the Southern hospitality the chain prides itself on.

The AI at the pickup window is abrasive and illogical. Was told I would have to wait 20 min for dirty rice after placing my order. The machine is out of Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, and Pepsi Zero. If y’all don’t want to put money and resources into running this place just shut it down.

Horrible will choose somewhere else next time. Ordered bird dogs and fries pulled to a parking space waited 15 minutes. Received food was cold. I should've went back and returned the food and asked for a refund.

I deliver for Uber Eats and stopped by the Bojangles in Mars Hill to pick up an order. The restaurant was slammed with customers, but I was really impressed with how well the entire team was handling everything. Everyone was working hard to keep things moving smoothly.
I especially want to give a shoutout to Miss Betty Briggs—she made sure my order was correct, was super sweet, and handled everything with professionalism and a great attitude. Even in the middle of a rush, she took the time to make sure I was taken care of. She did a really, really good job and deserves recognition!
Thank you to the whole Mars Hill team—and especially Miss Betty—for making my experience a great one!

Stopped by at 9:30 they close at 10 ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, paid and then 5 minutes later was told we turned the grill off. I ask what time they close and the said 10. So why would you turn the grill off at 9:30 ?
