I’m not sure why these people are giving this Starbucks low reviews when the employees can’t control the prices.If you don’t like Starbucks coffee or you don’t like the prices, that doesn’t reflect the customer service.
Very friendly employees. They know me and my wife by name and start our " Venti, Iced, White Chocolate Mocha, 9 Pumps, 4 Shots, caramel drizzle, no whipped cream as soon as they see our faces... LOL. Best starbucks I have been too, hands down!.!.!

I went by in to get a gift card as a thank you for a family member. They were happy to receive it. While I was there Starbucks was giving away peppermint mocha iced coffee samples. I tried one and it was extremely sweet-like hot chocolate. I will not be buying that! I like my coffee without sugar. They were able to ring me up quickly and were very helpful. The gift card choices were displayed out front and one said “thank you” so it was perfect. Overall it was a good experience.
