We stopped at this Starbucks inside the Ingles while on a road trip and needed a quick coffee break. Kaitlyn was incredibly friendly and welcomed my husband, son, and me with a smile. My coffee wasn’t quite what I expected at first, but when I asked if they could add a little more caramel, they were so kind and happy to make it right.
