The food itself is pretty good, but it's a crapshoot whether you're going to get it. The last three times we have been there, they have forgotten portions of our order twice, and twice we have not gotten what we order. They seem to be especially bad about the dark meat meals. We had never had a bad experience with our Bojangles, but yesterday our order was messed up. We called and told Jacob about the problem. He went above and beyond to correct it.Awesome management!!Thank you, Jacob.

As an ex-employee, the kitchen is usually never cleaned. Roaches in the flour to bread the chicken, lazy coworkers always on a smoke break or on their phone. Good food if they have changed the oil after weeks of not cleaning it. Although after knowing about the bug problem, it's a turn-off, driving 10 minutes to weaverville is worth the effort for many more options, especially after waiting in line for double the time to travel elsewhere.
