Very neat location, but the food was off. The biscuit seemed very much from the can and microwaved. We waiting a long time for our food, and when we got it the hash browns looked undercooked. Also the prices seemed very high for the location. The place was spotlessly clean though. Just drive the extra 10 minutes to Wagon Wheel food is much better.

Little Creek Cafe is a hidden gem. The place has a rustic charm on the outside and feels amazing once you step inside. We had a great breakfast with delicious food and coffee. One standout was their homemade orange jam, it was incredibly tasty and something we’d love to buy if they ever decide to sell it. Next time, we’ll definitely call ahead and ask if they can make a little extra. A lovely spot we’d happily return to!

The perfect way to start a day. Our breakfast tasted just like home, the way grandma used to serve it. I love the cozy atmosphere and the apple butter was delicious. However, I really came here to say that we appreciated the man who was holding down the restaurant by himself. He took our order, made sure we had everything we needed, cooked our food, all done with kindness.
Great family place, super great food. Everybody was friendly and treated me and my family with love and respect. Definitely would recommend and will be going again every time i go back to vacation at Mars Hills

Grateful this place has survived, with the new owners things seemed the same but yet with a twist of country generational hand-downed recipes straight from granny herself. Her photo still hangs on the wall as you walk in. Prepare yourself for a true sit down experience, this is the slow life pace you have been dreaming of. I won't share the details of each plate, this is something words cannot describe, close your eyes, picture for a moment sitting in granny's kitchen, the sounds of the griddle going, hot tea or coffee in your hands keeping you warm, took me back way back to my first trip here on Thanksgiving 1992. Kinda the same but this time my life made sense, I could all the hands of women in my life who struggled to put hot meals on the table. A little teary, we left and as I looked over at the highway above I could see the angels and heaven above, my faith is strong and in this moment I felt what she felt as the fog moved through the trees across and as I looked back even though the old sign is no longer there I knew I would be back.

We stopped in on our way to South Carolina. They were super friendly, and even let our dogs run in their fenced in back yard while we ate. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was just right. Would definitely stop again. 🙂
