Great food!! My fiancé said he's never had better spicy flautas, he can't stop talking about it ? I had enchiladas, they were great! Chips are good, queso is great! Will be going every time we visit family now :)

We have eaten at Rios in Mars Hill, NC many times since they opened. I think they are family related to the Rios in Burnsville (which always serves excellent food). I was so glad Rios opened in Mars Hill. Every dish we’ve had has been good. Basic Mexican dishes along with some interesting specialty dishes like Plato Huestecha. Don’t hesitate to try them out. Also, I’m really looking forward to their buffet - it may already be available.

We used to frequent Chapala's. Never again!!!!! Rio's is THE #1 Mexican restaurant (in our opinion) in Western NC! Fresh, homemade Taco shells. All of their food is fresh & cooked with pride. Don't EVER leave Main St., Mars Hill, NC....ever!!!!!

The house Avocado salad was AMAZING! This very satisfying dish contained a large amount of fresh salad greens, carrots, red onion slices, tomatoes, an entire sliced avocado, and croutons. I received 2 different types of dressing - both delicious, a large serving of tortilla chips and salsa. It was really enough food for two! Service was also wonderful, and while I chose to eat outside in the sunshine, the atmosphere inside was very festive! I will definitely return to try some other offerings. !Muchas gracias!
