A friendly person changes the day of any person. I want to congratulate a super polite and friendly attendant who sold me a coffee just some minutes ago. Don't know her name, but I thank her for her friendliness and the message on the cup was super lovely!!
I would like to recognize Zelda, for her pleasant demeanor, while visiting the Ingles host store, while Starbucks had closed an hour earlier, she was still very attentive and helpful. That is Zelda as in Zelda Fitzgerald
So bummed! I seek Starbucks everywhere I travel and am always leery when they are in another store. The drinks were made incorrectly but the real slap was being charged $1 for ordering a drink with no ice! We argued with employees and were told if they don’t charge it they get yelled at! What is going on? HQ pay attention.
