we just enjoyed a freakin GREAT brisket plate at the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games from the food truck 😍 the seasoning in the brisket was delightful, so smoky and savory ❤️
Hollie catered our small elopement and did our wedding cake. She made delicious street tacos, with lots of fresh sides and appetizers. Everything was so fresh and yummy. Hollie was very kind and professional. She went above and beyond our expectations. I would definitely recommend.
Holly & team did a fantastic job with my Mom’s 90th birthday party. The roasted pig & sides were fantastic & the carrot cake was a big hit. Holly was very helpful with the planning & communicating. I would highly recommend for your catering needs.
