Food is good service was also good. ATTENTION to detail sucks 😕. Asked for seasme shrimp got home had sesame chicken. ALLERGIC TO CHICKEN Called back up there. Was told no this is what you asked for. NO THATS WHAT U heard. Then wanted me to drive back to get a replacement order, because they dont deliver. This is the 2nd time my order has been subpar or wrong ingredients. It will b the last. So know i need to come home and fix my own food. GUESS I SHOULDA DID THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE INSTEAD OF WASTING CLOSE TO 40 bucks on the wrong items.

I’ve eaten here regularly since I was a kid. I’ve never found another restaurant that does the chicken lo mein better than this Best Wok. Everything is delicious and I love that they still use the traditional to-go boxes

I had been going through a lot lately and i love how the bag was packed with such care. I didn’t get to take a picture but it just reminded me of when I was kid when I unpacked it and felt like it was from someone in my family. Thank you. I’m need that sweet tea recipe!! 😋

Never had fried rice like this before. Just tastes like plain old reheated white rice. Also where are the vegetables? This is suppose to be fried rice right? I’m from nyc so i guess this is how the chinese food is in nc?

It's all you want...I tried the Choas Chicken, grabbed the sauces to go, and never even opened the sauce packets, the dish was perfect!! Must try.

Came to this location at recommendation of a friend. I have been going to the original Best Wok on Sardis Rd for years. Was told this was the same, but closer for me. I was immediately disappointed upon opening my box. Sweet tea came with order and it was syrupy sweet. Really wanted to ask for my $$ back , but took the L and will never visit again.

Definitely not Best Wok on Sardis. The food was not good. Tastes like all the strip mall 'Chinese' food in Charlotte, which is not a compliment. The rice was overrcooked and the overall flavor profile was less than desirable. Wings were fluffy and battered. Did not taste like Asian wings. Portion size was small for the $15 price. Do not recommend. Go through the extra traffic to Best Wok on Sardis.

Just picked lunch mixed chiness veg with fried rice. Seems like I am eating hospital food. Very bad. No taste. Sauce is like water. Qty too is so less.

Fresh, tasty, with lots of variety. We've ordered almost everything on the menu (not all at once, of course). The couple is dedicated to serving up goodness on a plate. Wear a sweater if you eat inside because it gets a bit chilly.

I placed an order on their website and received a order confirmation number. I waited the 20 min. That the website said it would take. I showed up at the restaurant and waited 10 minutes in line just be be told that they don't take orders on line. I verified I was at the correct location with the usless Woman behind counter and she said I was at the correct location but I would have to wait 40 minutes if I wanted to place an order. I asked why I was able to place an order on their website if they don't take orders online and was ignored. I hope this place goes out of business.

This is the best Chinese restaurant in Charlotte hands down! Food always tasty and consistent, every single time, great and friendly staff! I drive 25 minutes because this is the only Chinese restaurant worth spending money in my opinion!
