Bonefish Grill in Matthew’s did not disappoint! My family and I have loved going to Bonefish for many years. Emerson was our server. She was absolutely wonderful! She was very kind and extremely attentive. We noticed the menu looked different since out last visit, but Emerson asked us what our favorite meals were and let us know everything we mentioned was still available! She made sure that our drinks were full, that we had enough bread, and promptly cleared the table. Katie, one of the managers working, was so wonderful! Even though we had no issues, she stopped by our table to make sure we were happy with everything. She was so friendly and seemed to really enjoy talking to us which in my experience can be hard to find in restaurant managers. We will definitely be back because Bonefish in Matthew’s really set the bar high!

I've been to Bonefish a few times since moving to Charlotte. Its always been excellent. Today I had a special dish of Pineapple Shrimp over coconut risotto. The flavors were delicious. The servers and staff are pleasant and attentive.

This location never let me down my whole life and Matthew’s location! Last night we had an order delivered, and it was delicious. Even the bread and oil was included.! I’m telling you I’m eating my leftovers today and it’s still delicious as ever and who eats sushi on the second day.?? 😁

We went for a company Christmas party. There were 11 of us. They don't have any private spaces for parties. But they sat us all together at a long table. They set us up a running tab at the bar until our table was ready. Our waitress was very nice and put up with our shenanigans, even joking back with us often. The food was really good. We had a lovely time.
I've eating at this restaurant several times because I'm local and I absolutely enjoy the bang bang shrimp. Today the service was horrible. The server act as though she didn't want to serve us and did the minimum and I mean MINIMUM!!! Other customers were served better and more swiftly. As I mentioned earlier I've dined here several times and the staff was really nice or did what they were PAID TO DO. But not today. I normally wouldn't do this but I've owned a restaurant before and I still own and operate a business and I would want someone that was objective and not being petty or mean to TELL ME ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR ME and how they treated customers. The staff that we encountered made it real clear that they wasn't going to give us excellent service. I guess they didn't care if we noticed. Oh the guy from the kitchen that brought our food out was really nice. I guess he was the chef.

I've been to this restaurant several times over the years, but on this day, we had a cold rain. The server was gracious to put my order in right away. I believe I wasn't the only one trying to escape the weather.
The pictures show brunch I had. The bacon, potatoes, and French toast. Food that I didn't cook always tastes better, & that pineapple martini was the finishing touch. I'm overdue for a return.
