Okay so update. As of January 1st 2026 they have new management thank goodness!! We love their food!!! Thank you thank you for please upgrading the quality of your chicken for your chicken Brian's!! I don't mind paying a little extra for quality food and decent service!! Please continue to grow We would love to see new locations open up especially in the Rock Hill area. Even the Tanger outlets would be a good area for you guys!!

We have gone to Carrabbas for Christmas Eve for 20+ years and every time they've delivered. We've often gone to the location at Concord Mills Mall after some last-minute shopping, but lately we've stayed closer to home and have visited the Matthews, NC location.

The Carrabbas staff does excellent work and seem to be energized and attentive even though they're working on a holiday. The food is always very good, and I mean that, too. Carrabbas makes a very flavorful and rich line of Italian favorites. Mine every year is the lasagne, and the fettuccine is very tasty too. They have a nice salad to accompany your entree.

So if you want quality Italian fare in a soothing atmosphere at a reasonable price, consider Carrabbas. You'll be glad you did.

Good experience here. We've come quite a few times Good quality Italian food in Matthews Good staff friendly environment food usually taste pretty fresh. Definitely go here for the Italian in Matthews

I ordered my dinner on a Friday night through DoorDash at this restaurant location and the manager Joe was very courteous when I called and made a special request. The food was delicious, fresh and made exactly how I asked. I will be ordering again. :)
