Carrabba's Italian Grill

My fiance and I visited this Carrabas location yesterday evening. I can say, I’ll never go to another Carrabas again.

We were seated in the back where they did not have a server. Oddly enough, the tables surrounding us all had servers? The only reason I’m aware of the “no server” is due to another server coming over and apologizing for us being there 10 minutes without a drink, nor acknowledgment from any staff.

I witnessed an exchange between that server and the manager. He let the manager know we were visibly upset about this poor customer service & the manager waved his hands around dismissively and walked away. The server returns and decided to take our order. I believe that exchange really sealed the deal for the rest of our visit.

Our waiter never brought my fiancé’s correct drink. We both ordered non alcoholic versions of their alcoholic drinks, which are highlighted in the menu. An alcoholic beverage was served and when we informed our waiter, he said okay and never brought the correct drink. He ended up with a Hi C that came with our entrees, mind you the drinks were ordered FIRST.

Everything about this experience has been bothering me, especially the check was $75 when we had to get the manger to become our server.

If you want to have a nice dinner, don’t come on Sundays I guess. I regret even going plus the food wasn’t good enough for that poor experience.

Everyone else around us had a great time! We had no choice but to people watch while we wasted our time and money 🙂

This used to be a great place to eat. Now, it seems so different. The usual wait staff have all left, including management. Now the ones that work there are rude and the food is mediocre at best. They fo not care if you are happy and comfortable either. The restaurant is always freezing cold, even when it is cold outside. They refuse to adjust it. They do not want to hear your complaints either. I called last Sunday and asked for a manager and was hung up on by the rude hostess who I was calling to report. This place needs a COMPLETE OVERHAUL OF STAFF!!!!

When this restaurant first opened, it was one of my favorite chains. The one in my town closed down and so I haven’t been to one in years. I was very disappointed at the quality of the food. What used to be two pieces breast that were as big as your hand are now the size of two small breast tenderloins. It was over salted with minimal lemon butter sauce. Overall, I was very disappointed and will not be back.

Ordering a take-out order over the phone is a NIGHTMARE!!!

Service is unbelievably bad... This place desperately needs new management...Had to walk the hell out, Oh yea and fire your bartender already because she sucks

I’m giving 2 stars because this has been by far my worst experience going to a restaurant, however I grew up coming to this restaurant and every other time it has been great.

We were the forgotten table today. My fiancé and I came in for lunch, it was not busy but they were understaffed which is true for so many places these days. We are patient people and we did not make a fuss because after being somewhere for over 2hrs, we just wanted to go home. Our server did the bare minimum when it came to us. We ordered 2 salads, and 2 grilled chickens. Tables that were seated AFTER us, had their meals, paid and left BEFORE we even got our food. We had to ask for bread twice, we didn’t get drink refills, and no one checked in with us more than once.

The food was excellent when we finally got it but the service was astoundingly poor. We probably will take a break from coming here and just go to maggianos in South Park instead.

One of my absolutely ALL-TIME favorite restaurants! I now live on the west coast and rarely have an opportunity to enjoy Carrabba’s, so this was a special treat! Our server, Lily, was simply AMAZING! She is a veteran and knows the finer nuances of old-school options like the Filet Rosa! Fantastic experience! Come on in, ask for Lily, enjoy!

I am a regular at this establishment Mary is always my bartender she is absolutely amazing. Today though my visit did not leave a great taste in my mouth. The general manager pulled her to the side to tell her to tell me that I was not able to order happy hour items to go. I only ordered one item in addition to their future pasta for their seasonal mini selection. I could see them having the conversation in front of me which I found very unprofessional on his side as a GM. It also states nowhere on the happy hour menu that these items are to be DINE IN only. If you're having staffing issues GM this is why. Please learn how to deal with people as you would want to be treated and learn how to properly run a chain restaurant. Rule of thumb if it's not on the menu then it's not the golden rule....... I literally spend thousands of dollars at your location but $7 in a to go box must be your breaking point. Smh...... Do better!!!! I literally watched him snatch a to go salad out of a server's hand it was very unsettling please corporate run back your cameras between 4:50 to 5:20 p.m. 11-13-24......

Update: I wouldn't recommend the linguine positano(without chicken or shrimp) unless you like oily pasta.

The food was really good. I enjoy the Fettuccine Carrabba, it was very creamy and rich and the grilled chicken on it was very well seasoned. Came here on my mother's birthday and she really enjoyed her food as well.

We just had the BEST meal here! My husband and I rarely have date nights because we have some children with extra special needs. He wanted a good steak, but we got a great steak. Makayla was our server, and she was fantastic. Patient and joyful and energetic, she made the dinner a fun experience. Thank you to the staff and chefs for delicious food and a wonderful experience!
