“This place is an absolute gem! Whether you’re stopping in for a quick treat or planning a casual meeting like we did, this place delivers every time. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for conversation, work, or simply relaxing with something sweet. Their selection of gelato is incredible — rich, creamy, and full of flavor (the Nutella Crunch and Coffee were standouts!). And their specialty drinks? A total surprise — unique, high-quality, and perfectly crafted. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire space had a great local charm that made it feel like more than just a dessert shop. It’s a must-visit for anyone in Charlotte looking to satisfy their sweet tooth or enjoy a laid-back, delightful outing. Highly recommend!“

“I can't believe this location is still open after Epicentre is looking dead! There was no one in there! But Insomnia cookies had a free cookie promo on 8/26 (almost forgot about it and was riding the light rail and got off the CTC station) cookie was delicious and soft thank you“

“We love this crumbl! We visit almost every week and have had very few bad experiences, especially lately. Today we received great service by an employee named Em. They were very kind and personable, asking us about our day and really making a connection point :)“
