Really disappointed - giving 3 stars because the staff is a 5 but the drinks/product are a 1. I do not think they are being properly trained or given the correct product to serve. The last few months the drinks have gone downhill as you can see in other reviews. They are watery, VERY dark, and for the price you are paying it is just not worth the risk. I was a regular and lately 5/7 days a week my drink was undrinkable. I tried to contact the franchise owner but they never got...

The staff here are so nice! There was a donut missing from our order, but they were kind about it and fixed the problem immediately. Also got the wrong hash brown bowl, but what we did have was delicious. Coffee was great too, not just a cup of sugar! We walked in during a bit of a rush and they may have been a little short staffed but we got our order out quickly considering what was going on. I’m pleased!

The worst double chocolate donut ever. Had to wait for a medium coffee, needed to make more. It’s Dunkin’ Donuts, coffee and donut not good. Back to QT gas station for the best chocolate long John’s and coffee. Counter lady was pleasant.
