Not sure why there is an option to tip the associate who makes your sandwich when they are more involved in their cell phone than making said sandwich. Soda machine needs maintenance.

Really great tasting subs, my only complaint is that the subs can become a little messy at times, other than that good job and a large selection of different subs and a good rewards program

Unfortunately ordering in the app for pick-up seems to give you unreliable service. Ordered the previous night I requested extra lettuce exta tomatoes. When I arrived at my house and opened it up it was made exactly how I wanted it, the problem is had was they did not include the picked spear which is on the receipt. Fast forward to the next day I ordered the hook and ladder again specified extra lettuce extra tomatoes. Again I checked it when I got home, this time I...
