This place used to be soooooo good. It has gone down hill a few years ago. We used to eat there at least once a week. Then food started to slip, then service…we try it every few months to see if it gets better, but no. They can’t cook eggs to save their lives, no matter how you ask for them, they will be raw. Their pancakes and waffles are still very good. Anything else not worth eating.

The food, service and atmosphere is consistently great! I often have the lemon ricotta pancakes, or the pick 2 option.
Parking: It's a busy place. Be prepared to wait. But worth it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, I've seen wheelchairs there. Plenty of room between tables to roll a chair up and allow traffic flow.

The food has never once disappointed. The service a while back, year/two, was okay at best, so it’s been a while since I’ve returned but like I said, the food has been immaculate every time. Today’s / recent visit has friendly staff; seated quickly, food came out in record time, table was clean, atmosphere was quaint. We didn’t get follow up service and were seated without silverware, but it was little nuances just because of how well and worth the food is.
The kitchen staff, has never once disappointed on the quality or presentation of the food.
Service improvements (in the works) is visible, and I’m hopeful it continues to for the kitchen staff’s efforts to continue to be appreciated and tasted.

The food was delicious and our server, West was fantastic! My husband and I were very pleased with the whole experience.
My wife and I had breakfast the day before at the Southpark location. We decided to try the Matthews location today, and we were amazed at the difference! The food was made with obvious love and care, and was obviously fresh! We had a seasonal special both days and we did not realize how not-so-great the food was at Southpark until we ate at Matthews today. Our server, Bri, did an exceptional job and we appreciated her flawless service. We will definitely be back!

We've eaten at First Watch many times. I think this was only our second or third time coming to this actual location. We visited here years ago when it was the first location in town. Food was great and service was good as well. I can always come here for some million dollar bacon and a kale tonic!
