Had a misunderstanding with a to go order and came into the restaurant and instantly felt better about it. The manager Amari apologized for the misunderstanding and got me right! Excellent customer service from her. She understood the misunderstanding and did everything she could to make sure I left feeling good Thank you so much Amari for everything and I hope to see you soon

Jah is truly the heart of Que Onda. Every time we visit, she greets us with a warm, genuine welcome that instantly makes us feel at home. She's incredibly efficient and always on top of things, making sure everything runs smoothly, even during the busiest times. What really stands out is how accommodating she is. Whether it’s a special request or just checking in to make sure we’re comfortable, Jah goes out of her way to ensure every guest has a great experience. Her professionalism and personal touch make all the difference, we always look forward to coming back!

We have always liked Que Onda. We recently went for lunch on a sunday. Many thanks to Jah and Alyvia for great service!
We'll keep going here, it's yummy. The brunch $3.00 mimosa is tasty, don't miss it.

We were visiting from out-of-town and had the pleasure of celebrating a family member's birthday here. Our son recommended this restaurant as a solid local Mexican restaurant. He was so right; it did not fail to disappoint 7Right from the start with a phone conversation with Jah( owner/manager?) , we were greeted with wonderful hospitality and friendliness. Our server (Jason?) was very attentive to our needs. Our entrees were delicious. Several in our party commented how great the tacos were. The burrito ordered by another family member was huge! Birthday dessert for the birthday boy was outstanding. We can't say enough good things about this wonderful local restaurant with the amazing food and service We are adding it to our list of keepers. Thank you so much for a wonderful time and a wonderful dinner.

Let me start by saying we love Que Onda. We eat there a lot. But I must point out the manager, Jah, she is amazing! There was a problem with my order via DoorDash. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Jah. What amazing customer service, understanding and didn’t hesitate one bit to make it right. She offered me a free meal to pick up. I was so impressed. In this day and age, it hard to find managers that the quality of their food to their patrons, is important to them. It keeps you going back because they care about their customers. Thank Jah!

Jah was so welcoming and David our waiter was especially helpful and patient/attentive! I prefer this location to the Plaza one because it was more quiet and comfortable in my opinion, not as noisy, crowded, etc. Very good family environment from what I saw tonight. I would highly recommend a visit!
