Reservations were running around 30 minutes behind due to shortages in wait staff. Once we got seated, everything was great. We had a very attentive waitress - even though it was Valentine's Day and they were stretched thin. Food was very tasty.
Red lobster is turning around and offering better service and management. Same great food offerings, especially during a Lobster Fest. The improvements are a journey, but worth a visit again.
Sunday night, not many customers. Service with Kadyn was top notch. Wife had surf and turf, kids had lobster linguini and fish and chips - all food was prepped and served with no issues. Will definitely be back! This was our first time back to Red Lobster in years…will be back soon.
