Sunday night, not many customers. Service with Kadyn was top notch. Wife had surf and turf, kids had lobster linguini and fish and chips - all food was prepped and served with no issues. Will definitely be back! This was our first time back to Red Lobster in years…will be back soon.
My experience with Shanda was awesome she made us feel welcome and she knew the menu and she was very helpful with us on making our decision on your entree.Thank for the great customer service.
Kudos to servers eve and jordan. They single handedly, nearly pulled them up to 5 stars. Absolutely brilliant servers!
2 downs, though:
1. Silverware that was streaked when it arrived. I took it to the lavatory in order to clean it with soap and water. Eve Could not have seen this since it was wrapped. Yuck!!
