This app NEVER works for me and I have asked numerous employees why and absolutely no one has been able to help. I have called the store so many times with no answer. It’s getting very old.

The coffee was okay as usual... I have Been standing here in line alone and the person who's working at the Starbucks hasn't even made eye contact with me for the first 6 mins. No one else is in line but she's working on some orders probably from online orders which doesn't bother me but at least make eye contact and let the customer know you will be right with them. Or at least smile at them. Anyways I was really disappointed with the customer service.

The people there were super sweet today. I was trying to figure out which drink I wanted and the young lady helping me was nice enough to tell me about the refresher drinks. I decided on lemonade pineapple refresher drink and it was so good. I have not tried these before but I cannot wait to get another one. I will say there is no caffeine in the drink so of course it’s always a tough choice to make :)
