We had an amazing time here today! Samuel was our server today and he was the friendliest server I’ve had in a long time! He was so sweet, made us feel so welcome and was very attentive. 10/10 this man needs a raise 🙌🏼

I don't know what's going on here but I've never been to Texas Roadhouse before this was my first time and it will be my last time. We get seated quickly great! However they take us to the table and the seats are dirty, (they have crumbs and peanuts on them) The table was very interestingly sticky along with the menus. I asked the waiter if the water was tap water or filtered water and if the ice was the same, he told me filtered but it clearly wasn't, when I tasted it. (I don't drink tap water) like a lot of people I buy my water especially in Charlotte and Matthews. The bread and butter comes out and they didn't give me any utensils to cut the bread... I was very confused and asked for a knife and then he was confused that I asked for a knife 😂 the waiter that is. The food comes out and it's decent but it was lacking. I ordered a loaded baked potato with sour cream bacon and butter on it there was barely any sour cream (like a teaspoon worth) and like literally two pinches of bacon (toddler size pinches) there was trash around the floor. I'm just going to skip this one. (Go to longhorns). Oh and they didn't give me any cutlery to eat my food with (again) I had to ask a second time (after butter knife) I don't even know what kind of experience that was or if that's just the norm...... I will not be going back. They started cleaning all the tables and sweeping the floor of the areas around us while we were still eating! They close at 10:00 and they start to clean at 9:15 which I understand y'all want to leave but if you close at 10:00 that means you are accepting customers until 10:00 so you shouldn't be spraying a whole bunch of chemicals and sweeping the floor while people are eating in the area that doesn't make any sense. I can understand removing the dishes from the table but not the sweeping and the spraying of the chemicals, start cleaning after 10:00.

Texas Roadhouse never disappoints. No matter which location I visit, the quality stays consistently impressive. The meals are flavorful, portions are generous, and the service always feels friendly and attentive. The value for the price truly stands out. Even though I usually skip alcoholic drinks, one option on the cocktail menu caught my eye and turned out to be incredibly refreshing on a very hot day. Pairing it with a perfectly cooked steak made the whole visit even better. I walked out satisfied and smiling, already looking forward to the next visit.

I was impressed. I have been to Texas Roadhouse and didn't really care for it; however, this location was different. The staff were friendly, the food was good. I got the impression they preferred us to take our time rather than rushing through the meal. They were extremely busy, so it was a little loud inside but not enough to make our experience bad.

My steak was very overcooked and I was just about finished when they offered to replace it! I did take the replacement home with me but would much rather have enjoyed it with my daughter.
