Server was good. I got the bbq plate, and it was good. But….. there was no coleslaw!!!! You have to get coleslaw for your bbq Texas Roadhouse!!

Food and Service are always fantastic but the wait time is crazy. Be prepared to wait hours to get your tasty food.

I was in last night at approximately 7pm. I ordered the steak and grilled BBQ chicken COMBO. The young African American lady READ MY ORDER BACK TO ME. When my order was given to me, it was only steak, no chicken. I let the young lady know this and she stated that she could not add the chicken after the fact (????)and that I would need to place a separate order for the chicken....under duress I ordered the chicken AGAIN and paid an additional $15.46 ON TOP of the $21.99 I already paid for the combo in the 1st place. That's not right. Additionally, while I was waiting for the chicken, I observed 2 other dis satisfied customers. One lady ordered bread with her meal and it was not in the to go bag. The other lady ordered a sweet tea, only to be given unsweetened tea. When she asked that this be corrected, she was given a sweet tea with no ice. I had time to observe the other dis satisfied customers because I ended up waiting 30 minutes for the chicken. When I got home and ate- the steak was dried out and tough. I'm hoping that the team was just having a bad night, and that paying so little attention is paid on to go orders is not the "norm" . At this point I do not intend to come back to Texas Roadhouse in Monroe and I thought someone in management should be aware of the poor service regarding to go orders.

Thank you,
Thomika Macon

So the place that used to be my place to go for steak. Was terrible. My steak tasted like chewing on a piece of leather wasn't cooked as I requested, nor was my wife's cooked as requested. I always buy the most expensive cut of meat. The steak I received was 50% fat and grizzle.
My corn had so much pepper that I couldn'tteat it. Let customers season their own sides.
When I came in, I saw kids cooking meat.i should have walked out at that point.what Whatever Texas Roadhouse used to do to make their steaks good, they forgot. It was of time and money. I would not be going back again. "Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me."

We got in fairly fast, very busy. My husband's 14oz rib eye was ordered medium but came very well done and was very thin. They took it back but the rest of us were finished eating and packing our boxes when the manager finally brought another steak. She just sat it down, not a word, didn't even apologize. I was paying with multiple gift cards as this used to be a favorite place. It kept adding a tip. They had a hard time canceling it to start again. It tried to add a tip with each card. Waitress was great. After all these years, it was my last visit.

I get there at 8:30pm on the wait list. They say they can seat us. We waited 30 mins and then they tell us it’s going to be 45 mins tell they might be able to sit us and that they couldn’t fit all of us. Mean while they sit 15 different people who came after us. Customer service was horrible.

My husband and I were in the area and were starving so decided to have dinner here. Thankfully the wait was not long. At first we were seated at a small table close to the restrooms. My husband knows how I feel about sitting near the bathroom ( or kitchen) so asked if we could move elsewhere. We should have stayed put. Shortly after we ordered, a COCKROACH was ON TOP of our table. My husband tried to grab it before I saw it, but it got away. It started heading for me, and I jumped up out of the seat and tried to brush it away off the table, and it landed on the seat. Then I screamed as it headed for my purse, which was left open on the seat. With my napkin I brushed it away, and thankfully got my purse out before it got in it. The waiter was very apologetic and helpful and lifted the bench seat up to see if he could find it and make sure that it was gone. I had ordered a glass of wine and asked if he would bring that promptly as I needed a drink right then. Lol The woman at the table next to us said that had happened to her at a different restaurant and of course they comped her meal, but they also gave her a gift card. My reply to her was that I didn’t know if I would want a gift card to go back to the same restaurant where a cockroach was on my table.I wanted to get our food to go and just go home, but my husband was exhausted and asked me if we could just stay and have our meal there so I agreed. The manager came over a few minutes later and kind of apologized, but seemed more like he was put out for having to come over. Seriously, the waiter was MUCH more apologetic than the manager!! I was super shocked at his lack of empathy … maybe this is a common occurrence??? The only thing he asked is if we wanted to move tables. There actually was an empty table across the way from us and I had just asked my husband if we could move over there and right then the hostess seated somebody there. So my husband told the manager, we would just stay put since this was already our second table. I drank my glass of wine, which was very good, ate a few bites of my steak and potato, and then asked for a box. I really didn’t have an appetite any longer. When the waiter came back, we asked for the check ; assuming he would let us know our meal had been comped. However, we paid full price for everything!! . Not even the glass of wine was on the house. I was dumbfounded. I can’t believe a restaurant of this caliber would not take care of its customers. On our way out, no one asked how everything was or I would’ve told them. But we did run into an Uber driver with Chick-fil-A and they were delivering to the restaurant. My husband mentioned maybe the employees know not to eat there!! lol
So disappointing!!

Their layout is maximized for seating but it feels cramped no matter where you sit. It's a good business decision to make it so people werent waiting long for open seating, it just takes away from the experience slightly.

Ribs are very good here. Steak wasn't the worst I've had but won't order one again. Overall it was fine

Mixed veggies were extremely dry and tough, steak was burned but as I was a late diner didn’t have time to request new one. Manager turned off house music exactly at 10 to let people know to leave instead of walking around to the few remaining tables and politely letting them know they were looking to close up shortly. Bread rolls had obvious finger indents where they had been picked up in a rush instead of with tongs.

If there was an option for zero stars I would’ve left zero, food was mediocre but we had to leave without even finishing our meals when one of the restaurants managers, “Erick” gave me and my family the most disgusting attitude when we asked for a refill on drinks since our server hadn’t checked on us. He rolled his eyes at me and aggressively took our cups without saying a word, only to return and slam our drinks down and leave without saying a word again. I have never been so blatantly disrespected by a restaurant employee

Ask the hostess to seat us in a four seater since my son and I are tall. She acted like it was a bill going to congress. She had to go back to the station and clear it with the seating gods even though the restaurant was no where near full.
The Fort Worth ribeye was fatty and filled with gristle. Sides seemed like warmed up in microwave

Worst fries and mac and cheese I’ve had in a minute. The mac tastes like bland kraft mac and cheese & the fries have no salt or crisp.

They reason for the low score. My family went out to enjoy some good food and two dog's inside the restaurant. My family and I are allergic to dog's fur and I just think it unsanitary! No family should have to share a place with animals..so we had to leave the restaurant.

Have visited this location 4-5 times and each time they cannot grill a medium steak. Has come out medium rare each time. My wife and I tried once more tonight and the steak came out wrong again.

I told them to just keep it and take it off my bill. Server, Marisol, never apologized for it being grilled wrongly and a manager never came to the table. No more Roadhouse for us. We’ll just go to Longhorn. It’s sad because Texas Roadhouse has been my favorite for years. End of an era I suppose.
