My wife and I had a great experience at the Hardee's in Mayesville NC. Mrs. Katherine aka Kathy was very kind and her and her team ensured we received exceptional customer service. It was two male members with her who were very polite. Mrs. Kathy went the extra mile to provide fresh food and did it with the best attitude! They took away the jalapeño poppers and the blueberry lemon pies. I can't believe it and I'm heartbroken. Hardee's you had finally won a round for the first time in a long time you had something light years better than your competitors. That pie was king of the fast food deserts and now it's gone..... so sad

Went in to order hot ham and cheese to go for lunch. After sandwich was made by wrapper who made it for dine in, I observed cashier opening sandwich without gloves to ensure it was my order & then stated it was "to go". I then asked if it that was my order, cashier replied yes. I then addressed her for not having gloves on while touching my food, then another employee said with an attitude that it could be made over. After the rudeness I requested a refund.
