Stop in for a pint after exploring the Christmas light, trails or in the warm months kayaking the Southfork.“

“So you know that feeling you get in the pit of your stomach when you're at a "destination" like this and they can hold you and your wallet hostage if you want to eat or drink something? Totally not like that here at USNWC! The selection isn't all that big but neither are the prices. Let's talk beer first: very nice selection of craft brew drafts in 16 oz or 24 oz sizes. The average price for a pint was $5 which is totally in line with what most breweries are charging. There's also some Anheuser Busch selections in cans, if that's your bag. The food: personally, I had a container of hand cut fries and a Coke for about $5. Hotdogs were $4.50 and a plain Burger $6.50 - decent sized and good product. The Pumphouse Biergarten (Pavilion) is the primary centralized location for food and drink but there are permanent type food truck locations nearby (Mexican options at the Taqueria / BBQ sandwiches at the Land Yacht) and other Beer stations which may have different beer selections. We found a couple that had Legion's Juicy J and Birdsong's Paradise City (+ some Oreo Ice Cream sandwiches for the kids) around the perimeter of the center. Over all they do an excellent job catering to peoples snacking and beer drinking needs without charging an arm and a leg!“
