“Salud is still good after all these years, but they've transformed for the better. Admittedly, I always order delivery from them even though I live in the neighborhood, so I can't speak to the current in-house service or the ambiance. But as for the food, it is my lazy night pizza go-to, and it never disappoints. My favorite is the El Gordo with pepperoni. It is the quintessential meat-lovers pizza taken to the next level with hot honey and whipped ricotta. I usually eat half and then save the rest for lunch the next day. It heats up nicely in the microwave or the oven. In true Salud fashion, there are still many vegan options, making this an excellent place to come if you have a friend group with varying dietary needs or for a meatless Monday. Salad continues to be a NoDa staple, and for good reason, you won't be disappointed.“
“Charlotte's oldest brewery and one of the largest. They have a pub along with a huge beer garden.Fun place to visit with a combination of Southern hospitality and German brewing. It was not too crowded on a Sunday night so there was no problem with seating.Tried their Captain Jack Pilsner. A light lager ..4.8 ABV.Also tried their 2 sausage sampler that came with potato salad, sauerkraut and a brotchen roll. We sampled the Krakow sausage which was like a Polish and Weisswurst which was a light German style sausage. Platter is big enough to share.Plenty of parking.Definitely worth a stop when in Charlotte.“
“I don't know yow I didn't know this was right around the corner. Staff were knowledgeable and provided quick service. The atmosphere is chill and relaxing. Will definitely be back. New hangout activated.Parking: Free parking on the street; paid parking very close byWheelchair accessibility: Ramps at the front and rear entrances“
“Loved Craft Tasting Room & Growler Shop in Charlotte NC. Went there while I was at Lincoln Street cocktails! Loved the vibe! They had an amazing beer selection and a super friendly and accommodating staff. They steered me towards a watermelon sour- so good!!! They let me try a few things! Definitely want to go back and try other beers and the food!“
“OpenTap is our new favorite spot. Great beer, awesome atmosphere and seating indoor and outdoor is perfect. Great for date nights, family night and more. My wife and I had a great time, then brought our two boys and twin baby girls and it was so easy even having kids. Plenty for them to do and keep busy with toys, corn hole or mini golf green.“
“Loved the Music. I was there on a Thursday around 3pm-6pm. I really was the only one there the entire time which was nice to work from. Good Beer Tap selection. I stuck to my old trusty Hop Drop. Not the best for work though as there is No outlets near seating to plug your laptop up. Wish they had a little fridge of lunch grab n go. Only snacks, chips, nuts, cookies, candy, etc. Would definitely visit again. GREAT OUTDOOR AREA!!!!“
“Great atmosphere and vibe. Too many cool beers on draft to name. If you don't know what you want, ask to try a sample! The staff is awesome. Go with a large group or a small one they have tables to accommodate. Food is top notch as well. Try the fried chicken bites and the Bavarian pretzel!“
“Great place to hang out. Beautiful location overlooking a pond on the golf course.Unfortunately, the food menu in the Beer Garden is really limited.. Pizza or PBJ or chips (sometimes they have something on special)... And the pizza wasn't good. It's definitely fresh - I can see them make it, and they have a wood fired oven - but it really tasted to me like microwave pizza... Could just be my taste, though. If you come I recommend ordering food from the bar inside the club.“
“Monday night is an amazing brewery that takes care of their customers. I was lucky enough to get to try a few of their brews at a trade show in Charlotte and have been in love ever since. So in love it has become a regular flagship in my Kegerator. Amanda and the staff are A+++ very kind and curious. Highly recommended! Cheers!“
